Ben Bordelon

Benjamin G. Bordelon, is the President, Chief Executive Officer of Bollinger Shipyards, LLC.
Bordelon is the grandson of Donald Bollinger who founded Bollinger Shipyards in 1946 and the third generation to lead the company. Bordelon joined Bollinger in 2000 as a Project Manager and has held a series of managerial positions throughout various Bollinger locations. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer, Bordelon was Executive Vice President of Repair from 2002 to September of 2013. In September of 2013, Bordelon served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer until December of 2014 when he assumed his current position.
Bordelon is active in many professional and community organizations. He is Chairman of Shipbuilders Council of America and an active board member of Offshore Marine Service Association, Tiger Athletic Foundation, Young Presidents’ Organization and a former board member of Marucci Sports. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Webb Institute and The Coast Guard Foundation and is an active member of the Fourchon Oilman’s Association. He is a board member of the Industrial Development Board of the Parish of Lafourche, and is on the Board of Directors of Delta Waterfowl. He supports many charities, schools and churches in his community and beyond.
Bordelon holds a B.S. in Business from Louisiana State University. While at LSU, he played football and was named Captain of the team in 1996. He garnered All-SEC recognition at LSU and was a member of the San Diego Chargers professional football team until his retirement in December 1999.
Matthew Fieldman

MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network
Matthew Fieldman is currently Executive Director of America Works, a nationwide initiative to coordinate the American manufacturing industry's training efforts, generating a more capable, skilled, and diverse workforce. Based at MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Matt works across the nation's Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) National Network to increase collaboration, efficiency, and impact of local and regional workforce development efforts.
Previously, he was Vice President of External Affairs for MAGNET, a nonprofit that helps Northeast Ohio’s small- and medium-sized manufacturers grow locally while competing globally. In this role, he launched the annual Ohio Manufacturing Survey; MSPIRE, a regional startup pitch competition; manufacturing apprenticeships for inner-city youth; and oversaw the organization’s fundraising, legislative relations, media relations, and more. In his volunteer work, Matt is the founding Board Chair of EDWINS Restaurant and Leadership Institute, Cleveland's first nonprofit restaurant and one of the first of its kind nationally to train formerly incarcerated individuals to work in fine dining. He raised over $600,000 to start EDWINS and was named “2014 Fundraiser of the Year” by Fundraising Success magazine for his efforts. He is also the founder of Cleveland Codes, one of the nation's first nonprofit software bootcamps devoted specifically to training low-income adults for careers in technology. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University. He is a former Ariane de Rothschild and American Council on Germany Transatlantic Fellow, and is currently a Civil Society Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
Pete Havel

Pete grew up in Massachusetts, but now calls Texas home, along with his family. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Baylor University and is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management. Early in his career, he also served as producer of two radio talk programs and one news/issues TV talk show in the Boston market.
Pete serves as a Sr. Counsel of Public Affairs for a leading communications firm. Rusty Murdaugh

Rusty Murdaugh is president of Austal USA. He leads an organization of nearly 3,200 shipbuilding professionals headquartered in Mobile, Alabama, with operations in Washington, D.C., San Diego and Singapore and is responsible for all aspects of Austal USA’s financial and information systems management.
Murdaugh brings over 30 years of strong financial management experience from within the defense contracting industry. Before joining Austal, he served as vice president of finance for a business segment of Esterline Corporation. Prior to Esterline, he was with Avnet, Inc., where he held the positions of group financial officer followed by vice president of financial planning and analysis. Earlier in his career, Murdaugh held financial management positions with United Technologies (formerly Goodrich) and Honeywell.
Murdaugh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Saint Leo University and a master’s degree in government contracting from the Florida Institute of Technology. His vast global finance experience includes planning and analysis, government contracting, and strategic planning. He has a proven record of leadership in complex business environments with strong financial performance.
Murdaugh is a Six Sigma green belt and a certified Lean Practitioner Trainer. He is a member of the Propeller Club of the United States: Port of Mobile.

She is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record for launching successful startups both domestically and international. She is the founder of She Wins Global, a nonprofit organization that works to advance women and girls in marginalized and vulnerable communities across the globe. Additionally, Dr. Thompson is also the founder and co-owner of AdaChic Designs, a socially conscious handbag company that supports entrepreneurs in West Africa.

Born and raised in Montreal, Keith Williams is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada. After graduating from Trent Univeristy, he went into sales because he enjoyed seeing the impact of his influencing and customer service skills. These early sets of experiences planted the seed for entrepreneurship. Moving to Atlanta gave him the opportunity to work in sales, consulting and leadership roles in the tech and consumer goods industries for large companies such as IBM to small startups.
Keith has a track record of volunteering in programs that support education and career advancement such as Junior Achievement and Tech Impact IT Works.
During my free time, I enjoy cheering my children as they play baseball, basketball, and softball. Former personal trainer who's up early getting a good run, swim or workout. I am photographer and dog dad to 100-pound German shepherd named Chopper.
