Employee Engagement the Focus of GSSC's Spring Conference

GSSC's Spring Conference will be held in Pensacola, Florida, April 9-10, at Margaritaville Beach Hotel. This year's theme focuses on employee engagement, a hot topic in human resources today.

The two-day event kicks-off with a tour of Florida's State SkillsUSA contest followed by a luncheon keynote by nationally recognized Employee Engagement expert, Allan Steinmetz.

Sessions focused on topics related to employment engagement, from building a winning engagement strategy, to effective on boarding, to managing generational expectations will give attendees actionable strategies and tools to drive employee engagement and improve the employee experience. Plenty of networking opportunities and the presentation of GSSC's 2019 Navigator Award round out the two-day event.
