Payment Options

All registrations must either be paid with a credit card or have an accompanying  Purchase Order number on file.  Meeting fees are expected to be paid or a purchase order on file before the start of the meeting.

Cancellation Policy for Registration


All cancellation requests must be received via email on or before October 1, 2019.  Refunds after this date will not be available.  Rather than forfeiting the registration fees, substitutions may be made for registrants who cannot attend.  A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for pre-paid registrations.  

All refunds will be processed after the meeting.  Registration fees for "no shows" will not be waived or refunded.  "No Shows" will be invoiced if they are not paid prior to the start of the conference.  For attendees who register using the "Pay Offline" option and do not cancel their registration in accordance with the cancellation policy, the agency is responsible for paying the associated fees, even if they don't attend the meeting.  The registrant is responsible for canceling his or her registration in accordance with the cancellation policy.​

Sponsorships and Exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
