Exhibit space includes one 6' draped table and two chairs.  Exhibitors are responsible for providing table coverings, banners, and additional materials.

 

Booth Setup

​

The meeting will be held in the Crystal Ballroom on the second floor. Exhibitors will be permitted to setup on Tuesday evening, April 26, or Wednesday, April 27, from 8-11 a.m. The meeting kicks-off with a luncheon keynote at 12 noon. Booth setup must be completed by 11 a.m. on Wednesday.

 

The first networking session is scheduled from 2:15-2:45 p.m. on April 27th.  A second networking session is scheduled from 10:15-10:45 a.m. the following day.  Session times are tentative, please check the agenda for current schedule.

 

Booth Breakdown

 

Breakdown will be Thursday, April 27, after closing remarks.
