Shipfitting is demanding work! You must meet the following physical requirements to participate in the boot camp:

Lift and carry 50 pounds on an occasional basis
Lift and carry 20 pounds on a frequent basis
Kneel, crawl, crouch, stoop, and climb on an occasional basic without difficulty
Work overhead (above your head) for extended periods of time
